Inspiration from Unity of Fairfax

It's often said we see the world the way we are, not as it is. This Sunday, we'll explore what supports or reinforces our current worldview.

This week we begin Unity Awakening, our annual series of Sunday talks and small groups that highlight Unity and New Thought teaching. This year we enter a conversation between the wisdom of Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman and a variety of New Thought Voices.

This Sunday "anything goes" at Unity of Fairfax as Rev. Russell and Rev. Laura Barrett-Bennett will be unscripted and co-create the message with the congregation!  Rev. Laura's grandmother, Rev. Mildred Park, founded Unity of Fairfax.

Speaker: Rev. Russell Heiland & Rev. Laura Barrett-Bennett

Join us for a joyful service and a celebration of 70 years of spiritual community at Unity of Fairfax!

Peace is a significant contributor to our social, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This talk explores ways by which we can foster and develop peace.

It can sometimes feel like a good idea gets out of hand.  Life can be like that.  And sometimes that's not a bad thing! This week we finish our series of the Twelve Powers of Man by focusing on the divine idea of Life. Click below for resources on Life from Unity.

Have you ever had trouble getting cling film to stick to the bowl and not your hands? Or what about fly paper? There's a lesson in both if we're willing to find them. Click below for resources on Release from Unity.
