Inspiration from Unity of Fairfax

This Sunday "anything goes" at Unity of Fairfax as Rev. Russell will be unscripted and and co-create the message with the congregation!  

Sometimes we want things, sometimes we need things, and sometimes it's hard to tell if something is a want or a need. This Sunday, we will learn how to peacefully navigate the polarity of wants and needs.

One of the most flexible words in the English language is "give." It can be a verb and a noun and is used in numerous colloquial expressions. This Sunday we will "give it a go" and see how giving augments our capacity to thrive.

Everyone likes a pleasant surprise, but have you ever said, "I can't believe it!" when the good thing happens? This week we'll examine why the surprise may be a bit misplaced.
